Overall an excellent stay with horse riding ,a tour of the coffee museum, nature walks and an archery & shooting experience to add to the fun ! Lots of entertaining activities for families . The villa ,though spacious and well-designed needed to be aired out a bit as it had a musty smell. The grand suite was great..has two balconies. Only wish it had an adequate cover as the chairs and swimwear left to dry were drenched in the morning as it had rained the previous night. The buggies that transported us from the villa to the main building were prompt and safe for the kids too ! 2 nights at the property would be ideal to get some rest and relaxation amidst the activites ! :)

Had a nice stay at the resort. The food is good as well as there are many amenities but some are not well maintained like the theatre room, kids play area etc. In all a good experience.

I loved most of the time in the resort. The villa was very comfortable, I would have preferred a hand shower to be in the bathroom, I dont use head shower everyday; for a 5 star like price, handshower is a basic necessity. The best part of the experience was the staff, they are very polite and helping nature even though it was raining and pouring every night

Rooms were good and spacious, greenery all around and thats the only good thing about this property. Cons: Terrible in room service, on 3 days straight we ordered dinner and it got delivered in over 2 hrs. Food taste was just decent and did not justify the price. Villas are too far away from the main building so you will either have to walk a kilometer or rely on reception sending buggy everytime. Breakfast spread was just ok but the staff were very ignorant of the guests requests. They are heavily understaffed to handle peak season crowd and every request was either turned down or was delayed to an extent that you dont need it anymore. Also, the property is very away deep in the jungle with no network in your rooms. Wifi was very slow and there was powercut every 10 mins throughout the 3 days. This disrupted the wifi as well. So you cant stream, or work from this property.
