Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, restaurants, cleanliness, and the Disney shuttle services. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and made our Thanksgiving vacation one to remember for a lifetime.

Pool was cold, but the hot tubs were great. Nice and clean hotel. Would come back again.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelettes. The shuttle service to all the parks was convenient and reliable. I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the parks.

The hotel was so clean lovely pool area utilizing the Sister property of the Waldorf was wonderful. The staff could not have been nicer. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our staying very very much. We even got an upgrade looking at the park, which was quite fun.
