    Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement à 10h du soir. Malheureusement l'accueil était fermé depuis 19h et nous avons dû nous résoudre à utiliser le self check-in et n'avons eu aucune interaction avec le personnel. Quand nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement, la température était très chaude et à notre surprise il n'y avait pas de climatisation. De plus, les volets n'étaient pas fermé ce qui n'a fait qu'augmenter l'accumulation de chaleur au cours de la journée. Malgré l'ouverture des fenêtres et volets, nous avons passé une nuit peu confortable. Si je comprends que la climatisation ne puisse pas être installé dans le logement, il faudrait donner des consignes aux équipes de nettoyage afin de limiter l'accumulation de chaleur (fenêtres ouvertes et volets fermés).
