Over all everything was fine but costumer service was very poor, manager on site was not very helpful in our reservations needs.

rooms are very spacious. The decor is very tropical and lush people very friendly wonderful day. This is my second time staying at the resort and will continue staying if I’m in the keys.

We booked La Siesta last minute while in Florida. Our room was spacious, with a separate bedroom with a TV( although not working). It was clean and comfortable.
One thing we found odd was that the fitted sheet was on the comforter? Not a big deal, we quickly reversed the order, although at stated prices guest should not be doing that.
One other thing to watch out for is that the Tiki bar doesn’t have a liquor license so no hard drinks can be ordered. So another thing that a resort charging those prices should have.
Having said that, all in all it was fine. Our stay was short, the beach was very beautiful and we were on vacation.

The location is convenient and parking is reliable, which makes arrival and departure hassle-free.
Hot water was consistently available, but sleep quality was affected by noise and the pool facilities were underwhelming, it was busy and people had reserved sun loungers with pool towels but never used them for hours. Housekeeping could be more thorough, and while the staff were friendly, overall cleanliness and value for money left room for improvement.
