    We booked 3 rooms for my wedding. The front desk organiser for all our rooms to be on the same floor, next to each other. There was a bottle of wine and chocolates to congratulate us which was nice. However when I first arrived at valet parking, the older man with white hair purposely ignored us. We had the window down and my fiance was yelling at him to get his attention. He was initially speaking with someone, who noticed and walked away. The valet attendant continued ignoring us. I honked a few times and he looked before continuing to ignore us. Quite frankly, I was furious. I had just arrived and was simply looking for valet. It should not be that difficult. Someones else came running out to take our bags and guided us to pull over,he was lovely. The concierge manager called to apologise and asked if he could offer a gift, but it never came. We had to move the beds in the bride's room to take photos and there was so much dust and debris under our beds, it was really gross. The photographers informed us it was fine in the groom's room. The front desk and housekeeping were lovely, but the first valet guy was very disappointing. Not sure what his problem was.

    The stay was good. Room was nice & clean with outstanding views of the city. We didn't have enough choice at breakfast being vegetarian but they catered especially for us. They made sure we had enough to eat. Thanks for making our stay comfortable and special.
