    this hotel and it was truly delightful. The room was spacious, clean, Housekeeping did a perfect job, and Staff was always ready to assist with a smile. Great value for money

    I booked an Economy Room online via Agoda. All indications were that I was booking a self-contained Motel Room as shown below - however I ended up in Backpackers accommodation that had shared shower and toilet, no in room safe, and a notice advising to jam a piece of cardboard under the door frame to stop it from squeaking. I will lodge an official complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
