The room is clean , the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is supermarket nearby and just a few mins drive away from main street with lots of restaurants.

I had a very bad experience at Hotel West Way and would not recommend it to anyone.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality. There were no facilities in the room — no tea, coffee, water bottles, bathroom mat or even a kettle, which is a minimum expectation.
Cleanliness was a serious issue. The room smelled awful due to a leaking sinkhole in the bathroom, and despite informing the staff, nothing was done to fix it. The overall hygiene of the place was poor, making it uncomfortable to stay even a single night.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for guests’ issues. The breakfast was unacceptable — there were rotten apples kept on the table, which is simply inexcusable.
Save yourself the trouble — there are far better options in Kutaisi. Hotel West Way is absolutely not worth your time or money.
