The manager cussed at my child and angrily told told her "shut the f__k up bi_ch". We have it on video, if anyone tries to challenge this accusation. Obviously, we immediately left and got a hotel where our children wouldn't be accosted.

AGODA IS THE WORST TRAVEL SITE FOR RESERVATIONS. THEY OFFER NO DISCOUNTS, EXTREME HIGH COSTS AND NO ASSISTANCE WHEN TRYING TO CLARIFY AN ERROR. I WILL NEVER BOOK FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.
