    Well maintained new hotel. Small menu but tasty full breakfast. Night market is 40000 vnd away.

    Good location, 1.5km walk to night market. Can see Crazy House from my balcony on 3rd floor. - Room and fixtures are showing age - Felt damp inside, including bed sheets and towels - bed not that comfy, could feel the springs - Housekeeping only made the bed, replenished bottled water, replaced towels, and a bit of tidying - It didn’t look or feel entirely clean in the room and bathroom - Towels looked relatively new, but some had heavy stains. Bed sheets have stains too - Kettle dirty, looked like rusting inside - Bidet nozzle leaking. Toilet gurgles whenever a guest in another room flushes - Shower gel smelled medicinal, so I only used as hand soap - There’s an ant problem and I made the mistake of leaving food on the counter - The balcony door allows plenty of noise from the outside in - Decent WiFi - Hot water, but takes a bit to heat up - Non smoking room, but smoking appears to be allowed everywhere else. Saw a man smoking in the lobby All tolerated for the low rate I snagged, but wouldn’t recommend for a long stay. Unless you’re prepared for low budget
