    Review of The Soul Resort The Soul Resort is a beautiful and peaceful place, and I would definitely recommend it to guests who are looking for a relaxing holiday and want to disconnect from everyday life. The surroundings are stunning, the property is very well maintained, and the views from the balconies are beautiful. The staff are also consistently very friendly and helpful. However, from my perspective, the resort is less suitable for business travellers. We had to leave the hotel as early as 7:30 AM every morning, while breakfast officially starts at 7:00 AM. On our first morning, the breakfast buffet was not yet fully prepared, although there were very few guests. On the following days, everything was well organised and the breakfast buffet was available as expected. The breakfast staff were always very friendly. The main issue for me was the very high humidity in the rooms. Clothes became damp very quickly, and even the duvet often felt noticeably humid. In this climate, I believe proper dehumidifiers in the rooms would make a significant difference. At the moment, there are air purifiers rather than dehumidifiers, but an air purifier does not solve the humidity problem. Another point for business travellers is that the reception is not staffed overnight. Check-out is officially possible from 7:00 AM, which initially made us concerned about whether we would be able to have breakfast and check out on time. Fortunately, one of the staff members kindly came in at around 6:45 AM, so we were able to check out without any problems. I really appreciated this flexibility. The resort also does not serve alcohol in the restaurants. Management explained that this is intentional because the resort is designed as a place for relaxation and well-being. This is certainly consistent with the overall concept, although it is something guests should be aware of before booking. Overall, The Soul Resort is a beautiful and peaceful property with excellent staff and wonderful surroundings. I would recommend it particularly for guests looking to relax and enjoy nature. For business travel, however, some aspects such as the room humidity, breakfast timing and limited early-morning services make it less convenient.

    I consider this place to be dirty. For a price this high, it should be spotlessly clean, but it was not. The sofa clearly had some black hair left (my hair is not black, so I knew it was definitely not mine). A pillow in the closet had some suspicious stain left. Moreover, I could smell something weird when walking around the garden. I guess it must be located around some livestock farms. Anyways, the view was amazing, with well design room. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

    Had a really bad experience with one of the staff there. Definitely not five star experience. Also had problem with the electricity being cut off (understandable) during the rain but when the generator came on the Aircon would shut off and the alarms would go off during the night.
