I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend this to others coming to Fortuna. The room was perfect. Extremely clean, SO quiet at night ( from a light sleeper) apart from animal calls in the trees, and the breakfast was incredible ( buffet and eggs to order station). Thermal pools were a nice touch and others seemed to be using the pool bar as well. Complimentary in room coffee was delicious.

The Villas and the Garden were amazing. Birds could be seen everywhere and collibries alwas visited the pool sides. We also enjoyed the pool and the hot springs which were super clean and well mentained. No ants or bugs on the sides of the hot spings. The breakfast buffet has various options and changed daily. The only downside was the the Wifi reach is very bad for our villa- a bit further down the end and there is also no mobile connection. So it was a digital detox for us.

Room was very small , no place to hang clothes, no Wi-Fi in the room and not even my phone was working in the room. Breakfast was very nice and the swimming area was good. Bathroom was fine with a nice shower.

No hot water, and WiFi only in the common area. It was inconvenient when trying to make phone calls or bookings
