Absolutely amazing hotel. I went to Dubai for the first time to catch Green Day at Expo City, so the location was perfect too. Very polite staff, delicious food, comfortable room and excellent facilities.

It was great! We will definitely come back. The hotel was well designed. The room was so clean and big enough. All people at concierge and restaurants were so friendly, kind and helpful. We love it so much. Thank you for everything!

The building and decor of the hotel itself is attractive, however, at times requested service would take a long time to be completed, so you would have to ask again. Daily cleaning was very surface level. Quite a few staff could be somewhat dismissive at times. The breakfast choices weren’t great, but luckily there was a nice cafe and convenience shop up the road. If there was an option to give the hotel a 2.5 stars, I would, as there was some pleasant staff. But overall the experience could have been better.

Hotel staff were lovely and made sure you have everything you need 24:7. Pool was incredible, temperature was spot on and facilities were perfect - towels, showers, toilets, lifeguard was very helpful. Lots of food choices and all very tasty - breakfast, room service and sundeck. Our only cons were two towels a day in the room, but more were given when we called. Air con was reset daily and made the room colder than we would like.

The front desk made my day and my stay they are may be the friendliest i have ever met in a hotel. The Hotel location is the only downside as it is a bit away from central Dubai but new clean and comfortable i had a car so i drove extra miles to my destination but it was worth staying at a new hotel with excellent service. When the price is reasonable weight your options an extra half an hour drive is worth it or not.

Nice hotel newly built - not far from the public transport. Room are self contained but very clean - I liked the extra sofa for bags etc. They all have big windows facing the motorway or the internal yard so some rooms might have less privacy when the curtains are opened. Very spacious working area and lounge on the ground floor and second floor. The swimming pool is on the small size but the Gym is fully equipped. Following some misunderstandings at check in, I appreciated the call from the supervisor Tina that offered a late checkout.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, particularly tourists and business travelers. The hotel is clean, the staff are incredible, and it's conveniently located near the metro station, just a short walk away. My wife and I had a wonderful time and we intend to book here again. The surrounding area is also pleasantly calm and quiet.
