Our family of five loved our 4-night stay at Novotel. Our rooms were beautiful, breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the gym was completely functional. The staff was outstanding also—professional, welcoming and helpful. Our whole experience was much better than we expected—we’re thrilled that we stayed there.

What a beautiful beach! It’s well lit at night and was active from 6 am to after midnight. If you can do so, book a high floor direct ocean view room with balcony. My only complaint was I found the balcony furniture quite uncomfortable. But oh that view! I also appreciated “little things” at this hotel, such as the Mitsubishi elevators. They’re so quiet and dampered that you don’t even realize you’re moving as you go up and down in them.

Best location for beach goers, it's just a main road away.
Overall, the property is well maintained, just that I found a long strand of hair in my bathroom upon checking in.
Welcoming associates which made my stay comfortable and cared for.
My room package exclude breakfast; nevertheless, there were plenty of food options at mere walking distance.
Lastly, the elevators were super smooth, quiet and speed climb ups and downs.
