Bueno este comentario no es un comentario con el fin de atacar si no de marcar los pro y contras para que de ello puedan escuchar las opiniones de los huéspedes y trabajar en la situación que devan para asi mejorar la estadia. Bueno lo primero al llegar no me gusto que me dieron a firmar muchos papeles, como que estaba vendiendo algo valioso, un sin fin de documentos, luego, no dejan entrar nada de alimentos, ni si quiera poder pedir una pizza o bebida no te permiten nada de eso, y te quieren cobrar por todo si ordenas algo, si dejaste sucio, las piscinas no se pueden usar porque las rentan a personas que no son huespedes y entonces los huespedes no tienen espacio en las piscinas porque siempre esta llena, no dejaron toallas en la habitación, y la puerta del baño se tranco(locked) no se pudo abrir para nada dijeron que teníamos que esperar hasta la mañana siguiente para que lo abrieran, no nos reubicaron y no resolvieron nada, tuvimos que usar el baño exterior a la habitación, hasta el día siguiente. Son tantas reglas , normas que en ves de sentirme que iva a relajarme a descansar, me senti frustrada. Sin embargo quiero señalar que el desayuno nos gusto!! Estuvo muy rico todo. Pero si tienen que trabajar en esos pequeños detalles que hacen que el huesped no se sienta cómodo en la estadía en dicho hotel (Monzonte) que tengan bien dia.

Superb: exceptional room, bed, with its diversity of commodities - refrigerator, fan, air conditioner, TV programs access, a real buffet breakfast - and good at it, a very nice swimming pool, kept at an excellent temperature, close to one diversified banking centre, one of the best supermarkets, a park, several bus routes,, an international bus services, travel agencies. Especially quiet at night. Very cordial staff. Difficult to match value for money. Quite safe area. What comes to my mind is something alike to “perfectness”, as professionalism is actually at the core of it all.
