We were looking forward an apartment w kitchen facilities but unfortunately a small corner room w 2 small single bed.. Maria & May were nice & friendly tho

The hotel was within 10 minutes walking distance to most sights and transportation. The 24 hr front counter was always manned by friendly and informative staffs. The 5-7pm free waffles were a bonus! Highly recommended.

bit up from the city centre but it offers quite complete services. The room is quite spacious to open 3 big luggages. and we like the free flow coffee and tea, the afternoon waffle and the taxi service app, all provided in reception area. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Our room is cleaned everyday, even the towels are changed. 👌👌

We stayed at Enter Viking Hotel from 17th to 24th October 2025, and it was a very disappointing experience. The room was small, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was constant noise from upstairs. The kitchen utensils were scratched and worn out, far from what you would expect for the price charged. After checkout, I was shocked to find a ***NOK charge deducted from my card — without any prior notice, explanation, or receipt. The hotel never informed me about this deduction. When I contacted them by email multiple times for clarification, they did not respond to any of my messages. Later, they claimed the amount was for “damages” — but the photos they sent clearly show that nothing was broken. The items mentioned were intact and exactly as they were when we checked in. Despite this, there has been no refund or proper explanation. This behavior is unethical and completely lacks transparency. I strongly advise future guests not to provide their card details directly to the hotel and to inspect and photograph everything in the room when checking in and out. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend Enter Viking Hotel to anyone who values honesty and good service.
