Whoever decided to book the terrible cover band to play the pool deck until 10pm should be forced to try to sleep while that band absolutely butchers a puddle of mud song outside their bedroom window.

Beautiful hidden gem, just off of I-35. Property was beautiful, room was very clean, and the young lady at the office desk was super sweet! Just across the street from neat shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when in the area❤️

Bed great. Shower strong and hot. Pool clean even during Cricket season. Chairs and Chaises low but we are “vintage”. Loved noise machine. I grew up in the Fifties and enjoyed the decor and turquoise mosaic tile walk-in shower

The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and stylish.. the grounds were beautiful and I felt very safe. We will absolutely be back for a longer stay because this place is such a vibe.

I arrived around 1 pm hoping for an early check in. That was not available and they said they would text me when my room was ready. At 3 pm (check in time), I went inside the office just to make sure I was not forgotten. They assured me again that I would get a text. At 4:30, I walked back in the office and the room had been ready since 4 pm and I received not text! The rooms are really nice and the property is beautiful. The only thing missing is a reliable front desk worker and mini refrigerators in the room would be nice.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this historic site. It was super clean, nice evening entertainment & comfortable beds. Only thing that was disappointing is no mini frig in our room (building 1 room 121) but our friends in 2 other rooms had them. requiring you to go all the way to the office building to get an ice bucket, no daytime bar/snack service at the pool during the day yet the website says seasonal service.

The was fine, but not luxurious. The grounds were well tended. The restaurant menu was ok, but we had expected a few more options based on the cost of the room and the fees they added. The dining tables for four are small and so are the chairs. The bed was good and pillows were fluffy. The property is hilly so you need to be able to walk up and down sloping driveways. Parking near our rooms was extremely limited and it forced us to walk those sloping paths.

The lighting in the room was dim. Check out is 11AM however the maides came at 8AM and dropped off bedding on my patio, looked in the door at 9AM to see if I was still there even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door.

Our room was very spacious and quiet. We loved the separate bedroom and, large bathroom and private porch for each access point. Only downside, the bed was very firm which is not our preference but seems to be the norm everywhere we stay. Staff was very responsive. We needed extra linens for the pull-out couch and they had someone deliver them within minutes of us arriving to our room. Check out and check in was simple, the staff was friendly. We love the location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Salado. I spent a great deal of my childhood driving over from Waco for special occasion meals. It was wonderful to be back. Much has changed, but everything looks so pretty!

Property is in the middle of town and next to the creek, very beautiful oak trees on property. I used Expedia to make reservations, they ended up charging me $50.00 more than if I had gone straight to the site and made reservations. Will not be using Expedia anymore to make reservations.

It was a beautiful property!! EVERYTHING about the hotel was WONDERFUL!!! GREAT pool view from our upper devk room,activities for the family,walking to everything downtown Salado,the rooms are HUGE & BEDS & PILLOWS SO COMFORTABLE!!!! The grounds & pool keepers keep it all so clean!! And the poolside bar is perfect & pool is huge!! Very nice clean pool.

The suite was perfect for a girls’ weekend. We loved using bikes to ride in town to check things out and go eat. Pool area with outside bar was perfect for us.

An historic property which has been brought back to life in its former mid-century splendor. Rooms are spacious and furniture is comfortable. Kitchenette is small but functional. Our room had pool view so it was lovely to sit out on the patio and enjoy all the sights and sounds. Salado is a charming community with a great history, and Stagecoach Inn completes the quaintness of a stay there. Highly recommended.

Lovely property! Rooms are clean and comfortable, beds were great. Excellent location for shopping, eating and enjoying the town. Enjoyed the pool area. Staff was very helpful and outgoing. Excellent service. We ate at the restaurant and food was good and priced well. Highly recommend!

Horrible, general manager told me they have no cribs even after promised, and he walked out before i could talk to him for a refund so another person had to do it for me. Mark/Marc is a coward and genuinely deserves to be fired.
