    Was thinking I was getting a good deal till I went to check in, I was rudely told they couldn't find or honor my reservation, as card they used was declined over and over. I used PayPal thru Agoda and night person wasn't trying to hear it. I ended up paying for my room yet again from my bank card so I essentially paid for it twice. The struggle with the phone tag was unreal.

    Booked two bedroom suite. Was an awesome stay, everything was close. But trouble happened later after check out. Was accused of smoking, which I was charged almost 280ish cleaning fee. Now, that being said, we smoked outside on patios, with doors closed to rooms. Never inside. Manager wasn't trying to hear it, ten for 3 days I not only got charged the cleaning fee, but also another duplicate fee, and I caught it with bank and we tried to get taken care of after being told they couldn't see it. Finally, last day the manager on duty a different day did research, found was a glitch in the system, corrected it and money returned. But still wouldn't hear about the cleaning fee refund. I bit the bullet and just accepted it. I understand housekeeping reports things, and we get charged for incdentals, but because the room smelled of smoke supposedly we got directly accused of smoking in the room.
