The stay was good with generous staff with close proximity to near by places , parks and mall. Food was good

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days with breakfast. Rooms are old and no doubt most old hotel and popular hotel of the town.
Asked to change the room because hot water wasn’t working in shower. But next room hot water was there but no good flow… breakfast was ok but not great. Breakfast staff are not properly trained for hotel service. So only tool for first day and skip other days. Downstairs chai and samosa are better or lokmat building seventh corridor to proof cafe is best with view.
Even young lady at lobby was rude and making faces… same as his supervisor in black suit fat guy but young tall staff was helpful.
Overall we enjoyed stay. Roof top bar with pool is also not bad to spend time.

We stayed in hotel for 3 days,.the day when we arrived staff helped us to take luggage to the room and he was expecting money for that service. For taking one trolly bag in the lift demanding money was too much. Room was not clean there was dust int he room Ac was making noise so requested for room change we got a room change on next day.
