The cottages had recently been renovated and were very nice. It was impressive how well they kept the cute historical ambiance, while updating everything. We did have a delicious breakfast in the Best Court Cafe next door. My only complaint is that it rained the entire time that we were in Hot Springs, which is normal for Arkansas in the spring. But, we got soaked moving into our rooms on the 2nd floor and again when we were loading out to head home. It would have been really nice to have had the staircase and landings covered, so that we did not have to travel home in wet clothes.

Our room was great. Very rustic feel, but also cozy and comfortable. The walls aren't super insulated, so if your neighbor has a baby, you'll hear but it didn't cause any major disruption
The Best Cafe right next to the hotel has an amazing breakfast/brunch. And there are several shops & restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
We look forward to staying there again
