The place is very good, a 10-minute walk from downtown. The room is spacious and comfortable. There's even a safe in the room to leave the valuables. Breakfast is available from 7.00 AM. It won't even be possible to boil water for coffee before 7.00 AM. So if you're going to go out for a tour, like earlier in the morning, it would be helpful to take a kettle with you to make some water for coffee in the room.

Reception check in and che out was fast and easy, the rooms were cozy and clean, beds comfortable, air conditioned, there is hot water option in the bathrooms, breakfast is abundant and is served with delicious fresh fruits and natural juices. The property owner/managers Keyla and Gabriel are accessible and readily available at all times with helpful local tips and have friendly and honest staff. Internet connection is strong and above average. I will stay here on my next trip to La Habana.

Very nice and helpful people. They offered us coffee in the morning and offered us hotspot from their personal mobile when there was an issue with the normal stable connection which is somehow normal for Cuba. The room was decent and clean, as expected.
