Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The smell was horrendous. Cupboards missing in our room, blinds broken, a hole in the bathroom door. Had to walk through a fight going on outside to get into the hotel when returning in the evening. Felt unsafe and unclean.

Booked a queen suite it was clearly a full when I asked the staff I was reassured that it was a queen upon returning to the room I checked the fitted sheet and it was a full, no way that sheet woulda fit on a queen bed. No biggiesm just didn't appreciate being lied too

First off nothing like the pictures & as soon as you enter the room there is this horrible smell! Many cockroaches!! Very disgusting to sleep like that & The bed was not the best & they charge you just to use the WIFI! I DON’T recommend this place at all!!

Staff didn’t show up for over 10 minutes. When they did they seemed upset and in pajama clothes and robe. Whole place just smelled like weed was lit in half the rooms. Had the most sketchy person riding the elevator. The room was at best a 1 out of 5 and very basic. Bed screamed bed bugs. I was in the room for 20 minutes and left the building. Not worth a penny. Waste of money

Not sure what all of the othet rooms look like, but the fact mine looked the way it did and I was given it, makes me think they're all of similar status. Sheets were CLEARLY old/used (scratchy on one-half of the bed), dingy appliances, and overall "bare" feel. Only thing I felt good about was how nice the front desk staff was. This is likely a purchased-to-renovate property. Can't recommend to anyone for a stay
