Apartment its self was really nice ! Very clean n tidy. Bed was really comfy. Shame the shower knob was missing so couldn’t use the overhead outlet.
Communication was a little slow and not too clear. Had a email from hotel.com not seeing it was the company that looks after the apartment, had to pay a security deposit on top of the booking and then didn’t get all the checking in details until we arrived in Warsaw. Thankfully my friend lives there and speaks the language so helped me find it as there isn’t any numbers or road names outside the building but is a row of shops ? Just thought clearer instructions and receiving the information earlier would have made it a lot easier !
