Great Hotel in a great location, with the sea and local resort amenities close to hand. There's around 30 steps to access the hotel reception or an escalator for those that aren't or those with heavy baggage, On the plus side, from arrival the staff are courteous, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, the room was spacious and the and the bathroom bigger than some of the other hotels in close proximity. The pools are a nice size (1 adult and 1 children's pool) and look very clean, if one wanted something different to the nearby beach. Food at the hotel was of a good standard even if it is all buffet style, and is also on a par with other hotels in the same proximity. Whether you're half board or all inclusive the beer/ red and white wine is complementary in the restaurant, One of the 2 negative point are, a) once one has negotiated reception, you have to either access a small flight of stair to get to the lift for one section of the hotel, or a tall flight of stairs to access the other lift for the main part of the hotel. b) if you are in part of the B section of the hotel or the C section on the second floor, one has to take the small flight of steps to get to the lift. as previously described. However even though there are 2 floors you'll only be able to access your room by going to floor 1 and then negotiating another set of stairs.

Excellent service and all staff very obliging, helpful and informative. Very near to beach. Nice views. Only one problem, buffet meals, very selective , with variety of foods, BUT the "hot " food section could and should have been hotter.
