    The location was great, and easy to explore the town. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great.

    Got there on Friday night. Room was very small stuck on the corner of rope floor. Bathroom smell like drains. Asked for it to be rectified, was told no one could do it until next day. It was done the next day but shouldn’t have been like that to start with. Very small skylight in room. If you open it AC goes off. AC sounds like a jumbo jet takeoff so you can keep it on throughout night. Room is very dark due to lack of lights and the heat is unbearable. Shower is small and scalding hot. Cleaners back the door and clatter around from 7:30 so be aware you will be woken up as they don’t care. Friends had an issue with their room and was moved eventually but it took some hard work to get reception to agree. There’s a safe in room. Bed was very comfortable so enjoyed sleep until cleaners started each morning. Lifts are slow and if you press the button more than one it cancels the floor or the call. Huge floor to ceiling mirrors which partner loved to help get ready. Lighting is so poor in room though. Staff are miserable and unhelpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is dull. We had breakfast included but only stayed once it was so bad. Ended up going out for breakfast and had some great meals. It was a cheap hotel and probably got what we paid for but I wouldn’t stay there again. Location is very good. About 5-7 min walk from Jewish Quarter where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. About 25 min walk to old square or 5 mins in a taxi. Costs about 11 PLN.
