We were moved to another room. First room had no sofa bed, bathroom ceiling peeling. Below tub faucet was a cutoff pipe without any cap! Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Second room had no linens. I had to go to the front desk where only 1 staff member was working and she piled all the linens on ME to take to the room and make up the sofa bed. I could go on. This is enough.

Room had a lingering Smokey smell, there was hair all over the shower, and the air conditioning unit was terribly loud. I have stayed at this location before and it wasn’t like this, but for whatever reason this visit was very different.

Staff was helpful and place was clean. However, a $10 breakfast for bagels and cereal is a little high. Also, we had accidentally left some clothes hanging in the closet, no one found them and they said they weren’t there. Very concerning that someone would steal some clothes. Will not be staying here again.

We had a hardship come up and had to cancel our trip. We asked for a refund and the hotel wouldn’t even respond to Hotels . Com . So besides our hardship we lost our money also. Thanks a lot ! For not making an exception. I’m sure you were sold out for that date , so you’re u made double the money.

Some aspects of the property are simply lovely. However, a few ‘conveniences’ were lacking. Coffee & maker in the room, but no sugar/creamer. No ice in the ice machine. I upgraded for what I thought was a jacuzzi tub in the room, and it turned out to be simply a large soaking tub - with no liquid bath soap for a bubble bath! I can soak in a big bathtub with a bar of soap at home - very disappointing. Otherwise, it’s a fine property & they accommodated my request for extra towels.

Very disappointed to find out, contrary to pictures and website info, that the hot tub has been removed from the pool area. This is a bit of a bait and switch. We stayed here previously, used the hot tub, and that’s why we booked again.

I can’t say enough about the cook who did our breakfast orders- she was amazing! Friendly and went above what was expected. However, we were expecting more for the $200/night we paid for- toilet paper running out, paper thin walls, floors not back, furniture not being in the best shape.

After reading some of the reviews I was definitely concerned pulling in with my family on Friday. I will say once we were greeted by the staff I felt more at ease. Then the room was clean and nice. The nights were quiet. It was a perfect spot for the different museums. Not far from downtown. Overall was truly impressed.

We got a Jacuzzi room and we checked in about 8pm the water was cold and the room was dirty. By the bed there was a bunch of stuff fake rose pedals and candy and crumbs a spot on the comforter looked like dry blood.... not gonna pick this place again

The front desk staff were awesome....all weekend! The bar staff were excellent! Ice Machine on first floor not working - bad! Housekeeping - horrible. Our room was never touched. Never had enough towels even when front desk instructed them on the walking! Check in - was at 3? I didn't get a room until after 5 pm. Not acceptable. Trash never emptied in our conference room, started with only 1 trash can for the whole weekend. Had to ask for more and then nobody came to empty them. Front desk staff very attentive!

The evening clerk was wonderful. She brought us the pack n play/extra blankets & more towels since the room only had 2 towels 2 wash clothes but I made the reservation back in October for 3 adults and an infant. Which brings me to the next complaint. My sister goes down when the night clerk is still there to get some coffee since our baby had a rough night & clerk said “Oh yea we heard about that “. Which if someone was paying attention you would not book the rooms on the other side of a reservation with a baby. I would understand if hotel was full but was not. We asked. One last thing. We had to get ice from front desk put it in ice bucket then when we went to dump ice the bucket had a hair & dirt in it.
