    Pros: * Excellent location. Just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and many restaurants. * Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was always smiling, and they speak English well. * Clean, air-conditioned lobby. * Comfortable bed and soft pillows. * Room has a refrigerator, Netflix, and YouTube. * Breakfast was included, and I really enjoyed the beef pho. Cons: * My room didn’t have a window, although it was very quiet because of that. * The room was a bit small and simple. * No bidet in the bathroom. Overall: I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Nicecy Hotel. It’s a great value for the price, especially if you want a good location and friendly staff.

    I dislike the fact that they will not allow any visitor from 7:00 PM even if you booked a room for 2 adults.

    I had a very pleasant stay at Nicecy Ben Thanh Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good and fresh, although there was not a large variety of choices. However, the quality of the food was satisfactory. The location is excellent, close to Ben Thanh Market and many attractions in District 1. Overall, it is a good value hotel, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
