    This was probably the nicest hotel i've ever stayed in in my life.

    The room was nice, the breakfast was good, and all the staff working in the hotel were very kind and welcoming. However, the hotel is quite far from everything, so you definitely need a car or taxi to move around comfortably. The worst point was clearly the swimming pool policy. You have to pay 50,000 KRW for a sunbed for only 3 hours, and 100,000 KRW for a cabana for 3 hours as well. If you don’t pay, you basically sit on a bench. I booked two Deluxe King rooms, and the price was already far from cheap, yet access to proper pool seating was not included. For a supposed 5-star hotel, this honestly feels like a joke. I spoke with the lobby staff about it. Of course, they understood with a smile, but even though it was not high season and the pool area was almost empty, they made no commercial gesture at all. The funniest part was when they told me that “some guests are paying for it.” Well, of course people with two kids are going to pay — they can’t realistically spend hours sitting on a bench. That comment was honestly ridiculous.

    Not a convenient location. Nothing to do near the hotel. Could not get a reservation at either dinning restaurant, although we tried 48 hours in advance. Taxis were hard to find, nothing close. There was only lunch option by the pool and the food choices were not the best. The tub was hard to get in and out of and the shower made a complete mess on the floor. Staff was nice but truly hard to communicate with. Tried to take their shuttle to the bus stop but was told to get off because he couldn’t understand us. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever- do NOT recommend this venue
