    Great location, exceptionally clean room, changed towels and sheets everyday, comfortable beds, kind staff. Triple corner room was big enough for our family of four. Opposite 7-eleven and drug store. 2 minutes from the closest metro station.

    The first room we checked into was a little scruffy and gloomy. They kindly upgraded us and that was a lovely room . Very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was however a real let down .

    Very good hotel, can recommend. My estimate is that the ~30% rooms are larger than in most hotels in Japan. The staff is excellent and very helpful. They speak english and I overheard them speak a number of other languages including Italian. The hotel is right next to Kitahama station (no noise pollution) from which you can take the Sakaisuji metro line towards Tengachaya platform 1 and pass 3 stops to Nippombashi station for access to Namba and Dotonbori. Or you can ride just 1 stop to Sakaisuji-Hommachi station and change to the Chuo line. From Kitahama station in the other direction, towards Kita-senri, you can go 1 stop to Minami-Morimachi station and change to the Tanimachi line. Only thing I missed was a smoking room for general use. There's luca café kitahama and a nearby lawson you can smoke at tho. The breakfast was ok, a little expensive **** yen.
