    We enjoyed our stay. Neat and clean with big rooms. Good facilities. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

    The cleanliness of the property was disappointing. The route to the basement parking felt poorly maintained and unsafe, especially at night. The suite room itself also appeared to be poorly maintained and did not meet the expectations of a suite. When I booked through Agoda, I made a special request for both a late check-in and a late check-out. We checked in at around 5:30 PM, and I reminded the receptionist about my request, asking if we could check out at around 2:00 PM since it had already been mentioned during booking. She explained that it was subject to availability, which was completely understandable. However, she also asked me to call the reception again the next morning to confirm. The following morning, I called the reception, and they confirmed that a 1:30 PM check-out would be possible, which was perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, our rest was interrupted by a call from the reception at 11:30 AM informing us that the late check-out was no longer possible and that we had to leave by 12:00 PM. This showed a serious lack of coordination—not only between Agoda and the property but also among the property staff themselves. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here, especially when there are other hotels offering up to 36 hours of stay for the same price or even less.
