Room was very clean. Quiet location. Well manicured landscaping. The gentlemen at the front desk wasn't very easy to understand nor was he very personable. But overall, our stay was calm and uneventful and thats a win for my bestie and I. We'd stay again if we needed to.

Room was clean and comfortable; however, a bit on the smaller side. Parking right outside the room was very handy. Good location.

The only real complaint was that the toilet wouldn't stop running unless you went back and adjusted the handle slightly after a minute or two. You get what you pay for here, but overall a good experience. Cleaning folks are very nice.

For the price everything was perfect! We had a late arrival for our business trip and check in went smoothly. The room was as advertised and the stay was enjoyable.

The refrigerator was super noisy. I unplugged it after 4 am. Trying to get back to sleep. The place is clean and the service was great. I booked a king room and I settled for a queen room because I had dogs. However, I got charged for a king room. I sent a message to manager. I don't know if he replied because he doesn't know how to send message back through app. Cindy room 107

Too expensive for what it is, and far from the actual town. The last part is on me, I had never been before and failed at realising how far from the town it was. But it is too far from town to pay the prices they charge.

Check in was easy. At our request they switched us to a first floor room so we didn't have to do stairs. Room was spacious and eveything was very clean. Good valu. Would definitly stay here again .

A really nice motel to stay at visiting Hood River. It isn’t really walking distance to downtown, but is across the street from a Safeway and other stores. There aren’t any frills, but it felt very up to date and clean, quiet and a great little room. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean, spacious room. Couches not very comfortable but did the job. The mattresses were great, slept a full night both nights. The AC is very effective lol woke up shivering 😅 our room had a huge patio with chairs too which was great.

The hotel was very accomodating for change to pet room after our arrival. The location is very well situated for the river, eateries, downtown. Older and no frills but very well maintained, comfortable, clean, and, as a bonus, the climate control wall unit worked and provided a quiet background noise. Peak price, in comparison to area, is a good value.

I don’t know how this property had such a high rating. The woman checking me in was lovely, but she announced the room number for both me and the woman ahead of me. Fortunately there was no one around when she announced my room number. The check-in area also reeked of curry. The bench in the room is shredded and filthy. The inside of the door is dirty. The bathroom walls have mold on them. I could hear so much noise from the upstairs room. The only pluses were they accept pets and they have an ice machine.

The manager (or owner) and his wife were extremely kind and helpful when we needed to adjust our reservation. They were great communicators and helped me get everything situated to make check in as smooth as possible. I will continue to stay there anytime I’m in town!

We got there around midnight and left at 8:30 am. But the room was clean and though our late check in was inconvenient, we were happy they accommodated us. The surrounding area is ok, but it wasn’t where we were hanging out so it didn’t matter too much

The room was nice and had a private walkout deck. There wasnt anything tonsit on out there though, so that was a drawback. For the amount they charge per night it isnt anything that great. No breakfast, no housekeeping service if you spend more than one night unless you request it and no lotion in the room. The extras were lacking for the price. I wouldnt stay here again unless they drop the price. Lots of other options in town.

I was initially skeptical of how nice it would be when it was the first accommodation of the highway exit, but the property is quiet, convenient, updated, and very clean! Would recommend to stay if you have a car to get in/out of town as it’s only a short drive but not terribly walkable.
