    The room floor wasn't clean at all upon check-in, so many dust and sand, and saw this ball of dust under the chair and bed. Difficult to communicate at the reception area if can't speak Italian nor understand. They have limited English communication. The receptionist hang up my call when I tried to inform something. Good ting about this hotel is nearby Ladispoli beach if you like to relax and enjoy the sunset. Other than that, everything you need is accessible by foot. Good location with cafe, restos bar,beach and family park/playgrounds. Good for family vacation. The breakfast was ok.nothing special.
