    We checked out Deadwood for a night and loved the Franklin Hotel. The history, structure and lovely staff made it super enjoyable. The renovated rooms were fantastic.

    The beds and room were very comfy. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed. Location is excellent. Several shops, entertainment, and restaurants within walking distance. Amazing fine dining hotel restaurant downstairs from ground floor. Downsides, no baby cot available, only 1 wardrobe, and no tables. Could definitely use more furnishings to be more accommodating. Especially for a traveling family.

    It is an old hotel so don't expect the ritz but the beds are comfortable and its a pretty cool old hotel. They are still doing renovations so I'm excited to come back and see the progress.

    Last minute trip to Deadwood. I like the Franklin's Location but the rooms are very very dated. The staff was friendly and the parking is a short walk from the front door.
