I already deleted the pics because it didn't help with the customer service but trust me do not stay in this hotel. Arrived at the hotel around 12AM the receptionist was a lazy guy who could barely talk like a normal person, he definitely hated his job. Got the key and when entered in the room it didn't look clean. The beds were creaking like it was 200 years old, while sleeping i woke up like 5-7 times because of sound of this old bed. In the bathroom a normal person would not take a shower. Naturally white floor was like brownish, dirty. Spider webs on the wall. Since being all the day outside its logical i wanted to wash my hands but i saw there was no soap lol. I went to the receptionist and asked for a soap and guess what he answered.. "mhmm we can give you soap tomorrow morning only" wtf ? I was leaving next morning who needs that soap next morning ? Then smoked a cig went to him again and asked i needed that soap and it was normal thing in normal hotels, why someone would forget to place soap in the room when making it ready for customers. Somehow next morning came out and walked down for a breakfast. What's the breakfast ? Milk, milk, milk, milk, eggs, sausage. Shitty smell all around, couldnt even sit there. Get my backback and brought the key to the manager who was looking in the phone, with her earphones, was waiting like a minute to look up and see me. HELLO ???
Cherry on top it was like on the mountain lol was going 15 mins downhill to get on the bus station. Worst experience i swear. Would not even visit Armenia anymore.
One more cherry on top, when i asked for a refund (with Agoda support) this hotel does not answer support of Agoda so i can't get my refund back. Lol

The hotel was clean, and the customer service was excellent, with staff demonstrating great hospitality. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast.

The Hotel is actual value for money .Might take you a few extra minutes to reach the city but the price is quite worth.Stayed for 1 night but an unmatchable price including breakfast.Recommended if you're one budget.
