Our room was very cleaned and beautiful. Very spacious as well. Loved every bit of our stay here. Staffs were also helpful.

Staff on the reception has bad attitude both night and morning shift. Have stayed here before very nice staff but now? I do not know if i will stay again. Not smiling staff and ask for water they said you cannot get water because you ordered through agoda even i am a thon member. I am not asking for special treatment but as a leader also in sales and service i will do whatever to make my customer happy even it cost a small amount for the business because a good service get more customer and money. I asked for a fan too but reception replied you can just open the window then turned around and said to me ill go on a break. Rude service it is.
