Hotel room interiors were looking aged. The room carpet can only be described as terrible. TV Antenna was pull from the wall. The Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It took approximately 50 minutes to get into Paris between the 20 minute walk to the train and a 30 minute train ride. Hotel room was spacious but the carpets need to be replaced ASAP. I didn’t want to put anything on the ground.

The hotel is situated in a residential section of Chatou. The parking was a real plus and the breakfast excellent. The room was not appointed that well and lacked some basics. Otherwise OK.

I had to book this hotel due to its location. Other local hotels fully booked. My room (106B) was VERY TIRED. Carpet was very faded from sunlight and age. There were huge horrible stains on the carpet. However the bed was lovely and comfortable, pristine sheets and pillows. Shower very clean. No toiletries or hairdryer.

Stayed here for a business trip and the bedroom was big and clean. Handy to have a kitchen corner to reheat food and have a quick breakfast in the morning. The carpet probably needs to be changed though. Staff at the reception was nice but the receptionist in the evening forgot to book a taxi for my boss. Bed was ok. Bed linen kept being undone so in the morning the bed looks messy.

Lovely spacious room, nice bathroom.. good lighting to do makeup! (I'm a makeup artist so this was a major plus) overall it was just a lovely place. Staff really friendly and helpful 24hr

Room was comfortable. Shower was excellent, beds comfortable. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Good area for cycling, There is a cycle path along the Seine not far from the hotel and we used the underground carpark to lock the bikes away at night.

Toilet stopped working Saturday and no maintenance available until Monday! Room was smokey. Light sensor in corridor slow, so once door closed when leaving room, left in darkness!

Great value, nice room, friendly staff. Unless you are staying in that area for a purpose, you are nowhere near Paris or any sightseeing. We used it for friends to stay while visiting people in the area. For that purpose, it worked out great! Would definitely stay again....

It was a very hot week in Paris and it was disappointing that there was no fan or air conditioning in the hotel. We had to sleep with the windows open and curtains drawn to avoid the glare of the street lights. Also a courtesy washing up sponge and soap for doing the dishes would be a nice touch especially as you get charged for leaving dirty dishes.

not fantastic but can't complain about the price.

Overall the Cerise staff and hotel are good and I would recommend staying there with a couple caveats. First, the hotel advertises daily cleaning but when I got there I had to pull out the bill to show them this was in fact what I paid for - and even then the cleaning staff "forgot" to clean my room a couple times. The timing for room cleaning was also a challenge despite my asking for the room to be cleaned at noon or later the femme de menage (maid) would knock on my door almost daily around 10:30 and ask to clean the room??!! The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils but note that they do not wash your dishes OR provide dish soap, towel etc. so the dishes can be washed. They want to charge 5 euro for dish soap too, but were nice to give my one welcome kit until I could go the Super U in Chatou where you can buy enough soap to last a month for .50 cents. The hotel is about 1.6km or 1 mile from the RER in Chatou and is a nice walk, but with suitcases or in the rain there is a bus that serves the Emile Pathé stop around the corner. Chatou RER is served by #4 and Houilles RER by #3. Both are RER A stations but recommend Chatou. If you miss either of these buses the #2 bus stops a block further away at Republique Pathé and is faster but just a bit farther walk. I would advise to pick up whatever supplies or food you want in Chatou before arriving as there are no stores anywhere close to this location. Overall, nice, helpful staff and would stay again.
