The hot/cold controls on the hot tub are really lose almost falling out of the hole, lighting is really dim, pull chain for the ceiling fan was missing (i fixed it myself) parking is tight for a full size truck or SUV, trees had been partially trimmed over our parking spot but not trimmed enough. The branches put a nice scratch in the roof of my truck. Other than that the place was clean and quite, just old

Super cute room. Bed was hard, yet you sunk in. Couch was very, very worn down. You can feel the metal bars when you sit down. Jacuzzi tub is super cool, but unfortunately the jets in my cabin weren't working, but I still enjoyed the tub very much. You're also able to watch TV from the tub, which is really nice. The shower has 2 shower heads, be prepared to lose a little water pressure when using both. I enjoyed the location, very close to a lot of things. There is assigned parking via a sign on one of the cabins. I would 100% stay here again if they upgraded the bed and couch. There is a mini fridge and microwave, both work well. There weren't any tissues in the room, which I thought was odd.

Very Cozy with a nice, firm bed, fireplace, couch and jacuzzi tub wide enough to sit side by side snd watch TV. Also loved the two shower heads with plenty of room to shower together. Located North of Division Rd so we got a chance to explore reataurants and shops we don't typically see when staying close to the villiage, like a newly discovered favorite, Pickles Pie Shop, where you'll find the best home made pies on the mountain. Order ahead, they run out fast.

I had mice in my room, it was dirty and had stains and sap on the couch, The bed was super uncomfortable, and the fireplace continued to put out heat even after I turned it off. I ended up having to turn the gas off myself. I texted them (since there is nobody actually on-site) to tell them about the mice and the fireplace and request a refund for the following nights but they would only respond to my complaint about it being too hot. I never did get a refund. I could have dealt with the room being dirty, but between the mice, the bed, and the heat I could not sleep all night and I had an event the next day which I was totally destroyed for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, PAY AN EXTRA $100 AND GET A REAL ROOM. I ended up getting a room at Sessions and it was wonderful.

The cottage is really run down. When I arrived I locked the door and then the lock broke so I couldn’t get out again. I was stuck in the cottage for more than 1.5 hours until maintenance arrived who broke into the window to open the door from the inside. I was not able to close the door afterwards and felt quite unsafe. The bed was so uncomfortable and I could not sleep the whole night. They offered me 15usd discount but for a 150usd stay this felt like a joke compared to what I had to go through.

Host was very welcoming and responsive. My cabin had all the essentials, great heater and powerful hot shower pressure. Maybe the bed sheets and towels could use a refresh, but again everything was warm and clean. This is definitely a homey, woodsy cabin, not a fancy hotel/airbnb, which was my expectation, so I was very satisfied.

We stayed in Cabin #2 and left a day early because the place was not comfortable. It clearly has been quite awhile since the did any maintenance on the place. The bed was uncomfortable, you sank into the couch when you sat in it. I had to sit on pillows to compensate for how far I sank into it. A lamp didn’t work nor the light in the closet plus several other things. I requested a refund from the manager and got no response. I would never stay here again.

The bed was stiff and hard. Pillows not comfortable. Broken window blinds, coffee (I hope) stained blinds. No dishware. No cups. No utensils. No paper towels. No hand soap. No shampoo. The couch is old and uncomfortable. TV/WiFi slow and unreliable. Will NOT be staying here ever again.

It was a quiet centrally located clean. The Jacuzzi tub was great roomie. Everything was good except the two chairs were really rickety. Just need new ones. They have a great little refrigerator with the freezer part separate on top that keeps even ice cream cold. The check process was pretty flawless. Just need to make sure You contact them before you stay so you can get the code sent back to you the day of and then when the room is ready, they will let you know. It worked well for me.

A quiet, relaxing experience. A short drive to the Village and hustle and bustle of Big Bear Lake. A perfect get-away. Only minor facilities need improvement (creaky bed, wobbly faucet, couch). Someone should have mentioned the dual showers and memory foam bed, what a plus!

I didn't like having the contact for the motel not on the premises...because we had problems. No TV remote, TV didn't work, partial electrical outage (we had some power) and it all just seemed Mickey Mouse. But, Jaime, who came to fix the remote/TV and the electrical outage (we blew a fuse) was extremely helpful and had great customer skills.The old cabin needs updated.

This is the second winter my husband and I stayed here. It’s such a cute little cottage and the hot tub is amazing. The check in and out process is so convenient. We also love that it’s right across from Circle K so we would walk and get coffee in the morning and sit on the porch and watch the snow fall.

Cute place to stay for couples. Great communication between host and answered all my questions. Also awesome to know that it’s right next to a gas station too, my only issue was the heater. It was old so it creaked when in use but it’ll for sure keep you warm. Other than that I highly recommend to stay here.
