    Needs a few fixings. 1. The place is freezing in winter they need heating in all areas. Or the air conditioning needs to be turned off. 2. In the yellow section women’s toilets they need to fix the shower head on 1 of the showers it’s a little useless it’s just like a running tap 3. The timed light sensors for the yellow women’s toilets needs to be time extended if someone’s in the shower and after 5min the lights go off which means we are showering in the dark which it shouldn’t be like that. There shouldn’t be light sensors in the bathrooms that’s stupid. Maybe put them in the hallways instead of the bathrooms. 4. The dining room the framing around the bottom of the walls is falling off there’s mould there it needs to be fixed. 5. If someone’s staying more than 2-3 days they should be able to come down and get another towel free of charge if they have put theirs in the wash with the cleaners. 6. If we have heavy suitcases we should be able to use the mini lift to put the suitcases in to get up all the flights of stairs to the rooms especially for yellow and green and the upper floor. 7. There shouldn’t be a rule for the fridges/Freezer, that if you don’t have your food in a zipped bag and labelled it will be chucked out, why would someone need a zipped bag if they are only staying a couple days we should be able to use the brown paper bags with the labels.

    Pretty good size room for 2 backpackers. Location is great. Walking distance to many iconic sights, restaurants, shops, bars etc. Wifi was bad in the room ( Blue 19 ) but worked great in the main area. Good kitchen where you can make your own food etc. Room was close to the street so you could hear street noise very loud. Light sleepers might need earplugs. We liked our stay!
