    A clean, well-located property with spacious rooms, a pleasant view, reliable Wi-Fi, and convenient parking. The facilities are well maintained, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Overall, it offers strong value for money and a comfortable stay.

    Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. While the property is a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment, the overall service was generally very good, with a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom layout could be more practical, as there were no hooks or towel rails outside the shower area to hang clothes or towels. Although a small detail, this made showering somewhat inconvenient. The breakfast experience could also be better managed. There was no staff available to guide guests to available tables, leaving us to find our own seating. Additionally, food items that had run out were not replenished promptly unless we specifically requested them. Service was generally great, and most staff were helpful and attentive. However, some of the more junior staff appeared to need further training, particularly in communication. When we made requests, they would carry out the tasks without first acknowledging or confirming our requests. While we appreciated their willingness to help, a simple acknowledgement would have made the service feel more professional and polished. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in two of the three rooms we booked, which was not functioning properly on our first night. However, we appreciated that the issue was promptly addressed the following day after we brought it to the hotel’s attention. Despite these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the generally warm and helpful service. With some attention to room maintenance, bathroom practicality, breakfast operations and staff training, the hotel has the potential to provide an even better guest experience.
