Nothing wrong with the hotel, clean, modern, friendly enough staff, shuttle to concert at arena. 3 issues: We were in room ***, at the end of hallway just outside public bathrooms. At 7:30am on a Sunday morning housekeeping was slamming doors, and dropping or slamming God knows what for an hour right on the other side of our headboard wall, so much so that the ceiling and wall were shaking over and over. Just completely unnecessary and so incredibly frustrating and loud as we needed our sleep after a late night. When I finally an hour later opened our door and complained to the air basically, it reduced. THEN she started vaccuming the hallway outside our room. After 20 minutes of that with no end in sight, we went and complained to the front desk. We paid for a peaceful night's rest and deserve to get peace from 3pm until 11am the next day. Just poor management. The night before the restaurant was understaffed with just one person bartending and serving food--didn't even have time to take table orders--which made no sense from a management perspective, when clearly the hotel was booked up well for a concert. $28 pasta dish that was basically frozen Bertolli's. Just gross. Terrible undrinkable margarita, thankfully my sister is a bartender and was able to coach the bartender on how to make it better. The sour stayed in the pit of my stomach all night. If it's one night, worth the stay for convenience, but make sure to request a quiet room and don't count on eating in the restaurant.
