Lovely hotel just what we needed.

Reasonable value for money, though this place needs renovation to bring it up to spec of it is to compete with similar priced facilities. Location is excellent. Food overall was very good. Cleanliness very poor. Bathrooms dirty with bath having been painted over but not replaced. Living room furniture ripped and grimy. Flooring stained - there is a disclaimer in the room which explains this- but it should have been included in booking information prior to reservation. Floor tiles loose in bedroom. Facilities poor. No kitchenette. Kettle but no sundries. No mirror in bedroom. No available rubbish bin. TV very small for size of room. Inadequate furniture and furnishings given size of the apartment. Poolside clean, though pool itself has dirty walls. Food from pool bar concerning with burger arriving so undercooked it was raw. Reception staff lovely and very welcoming. Entertainment options poor and not inclusive. Evening entertainment starts too late. Overall disappointing facilities.
