    Once a time ago this place would have been top, but it isn't that way now. Quick summary: Room 1 air con didnt work, had to argue with reception who claimed I didn't know how to use it. Finally came and found it wasn't working, moved to next room. Woke up next morning with bite marks on legs, day later found stream of ants all over the walls. Carpets are loose and turned up in hallways, dust on lamp shades everywhere, black mark on toilet seat wasn't great, There are much cheaper and much better options near by, with staff who actually care. These do not.

    Should’ve been a 10 but deduct 1 point for the ff: 1. Booked a room with a King sized bed but got 2 separate twin beds just next to each other, the beds kept on moving at night and ended up having a huge space in the middle of the bed. 2. Pool rules say no sun bed or cabana reservations, but you get to the pool area, most of the cabanas have been reserved with a beach towel but resort staff turns a blind eye on this. 3. The room we were in had a bad smell coming from the toilets, but nothing was done to solve the problem, I just hold my breath every time I go in or spray perfume time and again. 4. Extra thin walls, I would awake in the middle of the night by my next door neighbor’s snoring. Although other people’s snoring can’t be helped, but when they check out of the room and housekeeping cleans it, you hear every bang of the furniture against the walls.
