8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
Cheap room with hot water, AC that worked and was quiet, newer bed, newer floors, and light-blocking drapes. Imperfect reno and paint but who cares at that price.

Considering the price, it was better than expected. Definitely outdated. It was mostly clean - some cobwebs on the back of the luggage holder and my white socks were not so white after our stay. Bed was comfortable. Worth it for the price.

Thank you for the great clean room.

It was a clean and affordable room. Shower dispensers were not filled. There was body wash but no shampoo or conditioner. Very quiet. Close to Dubuque, IA for shopping, dining, nightlife.
Bed was not comfortable.
