The room was clean and tidy, only when I entered the bathroom there was water all over the floor. I reported the leak to management and they were able to resolve the issue very elegantly. Management was friendly and very helpful. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious! Also really conveniently located steps away from the ferry terminal. I will definitely come back here.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and well-appointed It's a 30 second walk from the ferry terminal, which is nice.
The restaurant is marginal. The food is nicely presented but just ok. It feels overpriced, especially breakfast, considering the fare offered. Also, the way it works is bewildering... when we arrived at 20:30, on the late ferry, the guy at the check-in desk said if we wanted food, they'd be there until 21:30. So we dropped our bags in the room and went back down to order room service a few minutes later only to be told that the kitchen was closed. Similarly, there is a big sign in front announcing, "Coffee To Go" pointing into the restaurant. When I popped in one morning and asked for two coffees to go the staff really didn't know what to do.
All in all, a ok stay and a nice place, just eat elsewhere.
