Its always a pleasure staying here. The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist. The stay is always comfortable and i have not come across any problems or i cant think of anything to complain about.

There are a few things that make it great and crappy at the same time. It needs updated very very much. The gift shope has the ugliest bathing suits that no on is ever going to buy. Rose in there is awesome. Ther front desk girl is young , had a sticker in the middle of her forhead. She didn't smile , say anything nice, not how was your stay etc. The pools are the best for the fact the water comes from the wells. needs to be cheaper since its cheap.

My stay was paid in full when I arrived but I wasn't expecting a $100 hold on my card in addition to the cost of the room (almost double the cost of the room).
What they didn't tell me until the morning I checked out was that it can take 5 days for the $100 deposit to be returned to my bank account. If you aren't expecting that extra expense while traveling you should be aware of that practice.
Other than that the stay was OK. Lots of water at any temperature you like. Facilities are aging and it shows. The second floor walkway does not feel sturdy - it's obviously had some shoddy repair work but it's not level and not sturdy.
For the money it's not a bad deal overall
