    Would recommend everyone to visit this location. Really friendly staff. Beautiful scenery. Lots of hot tubs and 2 big pools. There’s a nice restaurant on site. Can be really cheap at times.

    We had another great stay at Desert Hot Springs. The staff are very friendly and helpful! This resort is a little older but the rooms and facilities are clean :) and comfortable! Thank you DHS Spa Hotel for a relaxing stay!

    The room was dirty...hairdryer broken, no bathroom plug, cheapest shampoo and conditioner. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything next door/ downstairs. Pool water dirty with debris water bottles and trash jm.yhe pools and the ground. Ran out of pool towels...no amenities. Only decent thing about this place was the restaurant on site. Had reservations for 2 night...ran out of there the next day at 614 am in car........no refunds due to third party booking.... parents drinking not watching their children...choas and dirty
