We stay at the hotel very much. The owners and operators, Jean-Michel and Catherine, were very warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the courtyard and garden below. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in a great location just outside the old city. Many excellent places to eat close by and the hotel has an its own shop with a great selection of wines, beers and local food specialties including beautiful cheeses, and other charcuterie items. It was quiet and peaceful at night. There was a nice spot on the 3rd floor where one can sit outside and watch as the light changes on the old city above on the hill, and get some nice photos.

Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Carcassonne. Family room was fabulous - clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the street outside. The owners were welcoming and friendly, letting us leave our baggage and offering advice on the local area. Lovely breakfast with a beautiful courtyard outside. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough, thank you for a wonderful stay.
