Setting and food were excellent, service as well, very friendly, museum a huge plus. Only issues were minor - size of room and towels were old

The hotel is old but has some nice features. The food in the restaurant on the first night was excellent. The 2nd night service was terrible. They got the order wrong and only brought 1 meal out even after the order was the same, they brought the wrong potato’s out and I never got any food. We complained the safe wasn’t working on the first day. That has not been repaired by the time we left. The towels were awful and had seen better days. They gave us 2 small bath towels and 1 hand towel between the 2 of us.
Sadly I would not recommend this venue. Just awful and spoiled our trip to Santa Cruz.
