The hotel may be good value for money depending on how much you’ve paid but to announce it as a 5 star hotel is disingenuous

Overall loved the place and the food and staff as well as the cleanliness. Staff agent at the front desk was not very friendly and denied us a late check out even if it was pretty obvious that the hotel was far from being at full capacity. He gave us 30 minutes extra and called us 25 mins later to remind us to check ouot which we found exaggerated and insulting. Just for context, we check in the night before at midnight and hardly slept éused the room.
For that reason, we will not be going back. The rest of the staff was super nice and professional.
