Clean room. Bring a key for the lock box. Room itself is okay but location was great! Great location, right on a beautiful beach, can walk to Manuel Antonio park and restaurants. The pool and grounds were nice and well maintained. You will need to rent a chair/umbrella on the beach from locals, about $20/ day for 2 chairs and an umbrella if you choose this option, though I think you can negotiate this price.
We had daily visits from monkeys.
