The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
What I loved most was the location. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls, making it an excellent base for exploring the area.
The only downside was the lack of free parking. Finding a parking spot close to the hotel was quite challenging, which made it a bit inconvenient if you're traveling by car.

Unbelievable location and helpful staff. But the the room was way too hot and they said that they couldn’t fix it

It was a lovely room. The hotel staff were super friendly. Great location. Thank you for the special birthday wishes for family member. It’s the little things that truly made it a wonderful experience.
Our room did get a little warm as we were visiting Iceland in the summertime and there is no air conditioning. We did use the standing fan we found in the closet.
Definitely would stay here again!

A pleasant and practical hotel in a central location, and always my first choice when I am in Reykjavik. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. I always return here 😊
