This hotel is a 2 star, and we expected little or no luxury. The minimal room was a bargain and was very clean. We selected this hotel because of location, parking, and wifi. The location was perfect. Hotel parking was not always available and was an extra cost. Wifi worked well as long as one was using it, but if you paused for a couple of minutes your device was kicked off requiring another log in. Those issues are all workable as the price is right, and options in the center city of Salon de Provence are few. But the issue that continued to be difficult is the person who was the manager and worked every day made no effort to communicate with us through our English or our attempts at French. Any question or request was met with shrugs and head shakes indicating no understanding. The night workers knew no more English but did try to communicate. We stayed 7 nights as there was no refund option.
